A Software Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote software products and solutions. They work on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement through digital marketing, content creation, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify new leads and drive software sales.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations.
- Close deals and meet sales targets.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote software products.
- Create engaging content, including emails and ads, to attract customers.
- Analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about software features and updates.
- Gather and relay customer feedback for product improvements.
Customer Support:
- Assist customers with software-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with the support team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance.
- Adapt strategies based on market trends and insights.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in software sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of the software industry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
