Roles & Responsibilities of  HR Coordinator

An HR Coordinator supports the daily operations of the human resources department, handling administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits, and HR systems. They serve as a key point of contact for employee inquiries and help ensure HR processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding: Help new employees with paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, including personal details and job performance.
  • Payroll Assistance: Assist in preparing payroll data and tracking attendance.
  • HR Policies: Help implement and communicate company policies and procedures.
  • Employee Queries: Answer employee questions related to HR processes, benefits, and policies.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize employee events, training programs, and team-building activities.
  • Documentation: Ensure all HR documentation is accurate and stored properly.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in an HR role.
  • Skills: Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
