Roles & Responsibilities of Spa & Wellness Manager

A Spa & Wellness Manager oversees the operations of a spa or wellness center, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, coordinating treatments and services, and maintaining a serene, clean, and safe environment aligned with wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily spa and wellness operations, ensuring high service standards.
• Oversee staff, including therapists, receptionists, and trainers.
• Develop spa packages, wellness programs, and promotional offers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor budgets, sales, and profitability of spa services.
• Maintain inventory of spa products and coordinate with suppliers.
• Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on wellness trends and implement new treatments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Spa/Wellness Management (preferred).
• Experience in spa management or a similar role.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, skincare, and wellness therapies.
• Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and financial planning.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
