Roles & Responsibilities
A Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire supply chain process, from procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products to customers. Their role is crucial in ensuring that goods and services are produced and delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time. A Supply Chain Manager coordinates with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers to ensure smooth operations and optimize the flow of goods and information across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards.
– Develop and execute strategic supply chain plans to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
– Supervise end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement to logistics.
– Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and finance departments to align activities with company goals.
– Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and implement enhancements.
– Select suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
– Cultivate strong supplier relationships for timely and quality services.
– Optimize inventory levels to meet demand efficiently.
– Proactively identify and address supply chain risks.
Desired Candidate Profile
� Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Skills:
– Strong proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Capability to oversee complex logistics operations and effectively mitigate risks.
– Willingness to travel internationally extensively.
