Job Summary :-
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to support our organization’s technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our computer systems, networks, and related technologies to ensure seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Installation & Setup: Install and configure computer systems, software, hardware, printers, and scanners.
- User Support: Provide technical support to employees through phone, email, or in person.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Software Updates: Perform regular software updates and patches to ensure system security and efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
- Networking & Telephony Support: Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network and telephone systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, basic networking, and telephony.
- Office 365: Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 applications and administration.
- Security Awareness: Understanding of basic IT security principles and best practices to promote secure system use.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Communication: Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users effectively.
- Customer Service: Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills for end-user support.
- Experience: 0–1 years in IT support or a related role; internships or practical training will be considered a plus.
