Talent Acquisition Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Postings: Create and post job openings on various platforms to attract candidates.
- Source Candidates: Use tools, job boards, and social media to find and reach out to potential candidates.
- Screen Resumes: Review resumes to find the best-fit candidates for each role.
- Interview Candidates: Conduct phone or in-person interviews to assess qualifications.
Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Job Offers: Assist with making job offers and negotiating terms with selected candidates.
Build Relationships: Maintain a network of candidates for future job openings.
Employer Branding: Promote the company to attract top talent by showcasing the company culture and benefits.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Skills: Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
