Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle email correspondence and client communication.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
Perform internet research and data entry tasks.
Assist with social media management and basic marketing tasks.
Organize and maintain digital files and records.
Requirements:
Experience: 1+ years in administrative support or virtual assistant roles.
Skills: Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
Tools: Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
