Flight Dispatcher

ASM is looking to hire a licensed Flight Dispatcher to join our growing Flight Operations Team in Dubai. The primary function of this role is to provide ASM clients with safe and timely flight-planning and flight-release information for all required flight-operations in compliance with any Federal and National Authority and regulatory requirements.

This is a permanent position reporting to the Operations Manager and will be on a shift pattern.

Essential Criteria

• Valid Flight Dispatch License (GCAA or FAA preferred)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Flight Dispatch role

• Experience in Flight Planning, Overflying & Landing permits and slots

• Experience in Ground Handling services

• Fluent in English (both oral and written)

Desirable Criteria

• Bachelors Degree in Aviation, Business, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent

• Experience in PPS and Jeppessen Software

• Performance, Weight and Balance certificates

• Crisis Management and Emergency Procedures
