Roles & Responsibilities of Customer Relationship Executive
A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with customers, ensuring excellent service, and promoting banking products. They act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with Customers: Understand their needs and build relationships.
- Solve Problems: Address customer complaints and issues.
- Provide Support: Help customers with questions and provide information.
- Ensure Satisfaction: Make sure customers are happy with services.
- Follow Up: Stay in touch with customers to keep good relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
