Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for advertisements, social media, and email marketing.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to refine strategies.
Customer Support:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Reporting:
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with CRM software and MS Office.
