Roles & Responsibilities
A Project Manager (Petroleum) is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of petroleum industry projects, including exploration, drilling, production, and infrastructure development. They coordinate teams, manage budgets, timelines, and resources, and ensure that projects meet safety, regulatory, and quality standards. They work closely with engineers, geologists, and other stakeholders to mitigate risks, solve problems, and ensure successful project delivery within scope and on schedule.

Qualification :
Education: Master/Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 20 years’ of experience out of which min 7 years worked in same capacity with Oil & Gas Construction specially in Cross Country Pipeline Projects in Saudi Arabia.
Preference : Arabic/European National Candidate.
Skills: Strong project management and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Deep understanding of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance.
Problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
