Job Description
Role: Data Entry Operator
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day backend operational tasks.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets (basic formulas, data sorting, filtering, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth process flow.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Support in data entry and system updates.
Key Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge MS Office/ Google Suites (knowledge of formulas, formatting, pivot tables is a plus).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A go-getter attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Team player with a problem-solving mindset
