A Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a bank branch, ensuring efficient customer service, financial growth, regulatory compliance, and team management. They play a key role in business development, risk management, and maintaining branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Operations: Oversee daily branch activities.
  • Customer Service: Make sure customers get excellent service.
  • Lead Team: Manage and train staff to meet goals.
  • Achieve Targets: Help the branch meet sales and performance goals.
  • Ensure Compliance: Make sure the branch follows banking rules.
  • Solve Issues: Handle customer complaints and resolve problems.

Skills & Qualifications:
