Roles & Responsibilities
A Production Supervisor Engineer is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production processes, managing teams, and maintaining quality standards. This role includes troubleshooting issues, improving production workflows, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations while meeting production goals and deadlines.
Responsibilities
• Oversee order processing, manage inventory, and coordinate deliveries.
• Apply HACCP standards
• Fulfil Food watch and other DM requirements.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality control within the kitchen environment.
• Manage Sumac workshops and liaise with stakeholders.
• Generate sales reports and manage recipe implementation.
• Address customer satisfaction concerns related to product quality and delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Food Safety, or a related field.
• Strong fluency in English (written & spoken). Arabic is a plus.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Food-Watch knowledge is a MUST.
• Catering or Restaurant operations experience is a MUST.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• PIC training (food industry) and knowledge of HACCP & DM principles and requirements.
• Experience with food sanitation, cleaning, disinfection, and contamination prevention.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience operating POS software and hardware for the restaurant and catering industry.
• UAE driving license mandatory.
