Roles & Responsibilities of Client Services Coordinator

A Client Services Coordinator is responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating services to meet client needs. They act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate services and schedules between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure client expectations are met and address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Maintain accurate client records and service documentation.
  • Support client retention by fostering strong, ongoing relationships.
  • Assist in resolving billing or service-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in customer service, client coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or office software is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of software, hardware, or networks relevant to the company.
  • Being bilingual is a plus.
