Roles & Responsibilities of Client Services Coordinator
A Client Services Coordinator is responsible for managing client interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating services to meet client needs. They act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate services and schedules between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure client expectations are met and address any issues or concerns.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and service documentation.
- Support client retention by fostering strong, ongoing relationships.
- Assist in resolving billing or service-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, client coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or office software is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of software, hardware, or networks relevant to the company.
- Being bilingual is a plus.
