A Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that work is carried out according to design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines. They act as a key link between project managers, contractors, and workers on-site to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.

Responsibilities:

• Design Roads and Bridges: Plan and create safe roads and bridges.
• Improve Traffic Flow: Find ways to reduce traffic jams and make travel faster.
• Ensure Safety: Make sure roads and systems are safe for everyone.
• Study Traffic: Look at how traffic moves and find ways to make it better.
• Maintain Roads: Keep transportation systems in good condition.

Skills:

• Design: Creating safe and efficient transportation systems.
• Problem-Solving: Fixing traffic and safety issues.
• Analysis: Studying traffic data to make improvements.

Requirements:

• Education: A degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering.
