Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Fix Problems: Troubleshoot and fix issues with computers, software, or networks.
Install Tech: Set up and install new software and hardware.
Help Users: Assist people with tech problems over the phone, email, or in person.
Maintain Systems: Make sure everything is working properly.
Update Software: Install updates and perform regular checks.
Document Solutions: Keep a record of issues and how they were solved.
Skills & Qualifications:
Tech Knowledge: Understanding of computers, software, and networks.
Problem-Solving: Ability to fix tech issues quickly.
Communication: Ability to explain tech problems to people in simple terms.
Experience: Previous IT support experience is a plus.
Education: A degree or certification in IT or a related field is helpful.
