Roles & Responsibilities of Front Office Executive

.A Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. They manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, direct inquiries, and support internal departments with clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests, visitors, and clients.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Maintain front desk cleanliness and organization.
  • Handle guest complaints and provide solutions.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain records and update databases.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent .
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (if applicable).
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
