Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

A Ticketing Agent is responsible for assisting customers with purchasing tickets, providing travel information, and ensuring smooth ticketing processes at transportation hubs such as airports, train stations, or bus terminals. They handle reservations, manage customer inquiries, and ensure that passengers receive timely and accurate service.

 

Immediate joiners are preferred.
Working Days 5.5 Days in a week/6 week off in a month

Skills:

Candidate must have good knowledge of GDS like Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre.
Excellent Communication skills to Issue, Reissue, refund Cancel Airline Tickets on GDS/Amadeus or Galileo.
Candidate must have ability to handle International Ticketing queries.
Candidate must be from Travel background with 3+ years of experience in Ticketing.
Salary No Bar for deserving Candidate.
Candidate should be willing to work in flexible shifts.
