Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (Physio-Therapist)  helps patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or illnesses by improving their movement and managing pain through exercises, stretches, and other treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess Patients: Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and limitations, including strength, flexibility, and mobility.
Create Treatment Plans: Develop personalized therapy plans to help patients recover or improve their movement.
Provide Therapy: Guide patients through exercises, stretches, and other treatments to improve movement and reduce pain.
Educate Patients: Teach patients exercises and techniques to continue their recovery at home or in daily life.
Monitor Progress: Track patient improvement and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Work with Healthcare Team: Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare providers to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and state licensure.
Physical Stamina: Ability to demonstrate exercises and assist patients with movements.
Communication: Strong skills to explain treatment plans and motivate patients.
Problem Solving: Ability to adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
Empathy: A caring and patient attitude to help patients through their recovery process.
