Roles & Responsibilities

A Legal Consultant provides expert advice on various legal matters, including corporate law, compliance, contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory issues. They help businesses navigate complex legal frameworks, manage legal risks, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and provide strategic legal guidance on business decisions. Legal Consultants may work on a project basis, with specific engagements depending on the company’s needs.

Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing legal contracts, agreements, and MOUs
Consult and provide legal opinions to Companies under the Commercial Companies Law of UAE
Managing litigation cases across criminal, civil, and corporate law fields
Coordinating with clients and preparing legal opinions and reports
Monitoring case files and court submissions
Ensuring compliance with Dubai laws and UAE regulations
Liaising with external parties like courts, notaries, and government bodies

Desired Candidate Profile

Expertise in criminal, civil, and corporate law
Extensive experience in drafting legal contracts
Arabic speaker and English (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of Dubai laws and UAE legal framework

Education:Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM from an accredited law school.
Admission to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
