A Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. They coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning: Creates a plan for the project, including schedules, costs, and resources.
• Managing Teams: Supervises workers, subcontractors, and others involved in the project.
• Budgeting: Keeps track of the project’s costs to stay within budget.
• Quality Control: Makes sure the construction meets the required standards and regulations.
• Safety: Ensures the worksite is safe for everyone involved.
• Materials: Ensures that materials are available and delivered on time.
• Problem-Solving: Solves any issues that arise during construction.
• Communication: Acts as the main contact for clients and keeps them updated.
• Risk Management: Identifies and addresses potential risks like delays or weather issues.
