Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Find new leads and sell software products.
- Give product demos and presentations.
- Close sales and hit sales targets.
- Keep in touch with your clients.
Marketing:
- Create and run marketing campaigns to promote software.
- Produce content like emails and ads to attract customers.
- Measure the success of marketing efforts.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on software features to inform customers.
- Share feedback on customer needs and improvements.
Support for Customers:
- Help customers with software-related inquiries.
- Work with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
- Track and report on sales and marketing results.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.
- 1-3 years of experience in software sales and marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the software industry.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Office.
