Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Find and pursue new customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Present and sell products/services.
- Meet sales targets and track performance.
Marketing:
- Plan and run marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Create content for ads, websites, and social media.
- Research market trends and customer needs.
- Organize events like trade shows and product launches.
Customer Relations:
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback.
- Work with the customer service team to resolve issues.
Reporting:
- Report on sales and marketing performance.
- Track campaign results and adjust strategies as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in sales and marketing (1-3 years preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Creative, goal-oriented, and a team player.
