A Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product or service support. They ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image through effective communication and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions and resolve issues.
- Handle complaints and provide solutions.
- Process orders and provide product/service information.
- Document customer interactions.
- Work with other teams to solve problems.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
- Meet performance goals like customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using computers and software.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
- Being bilingual is a plus.
- Experience with customer service software.
