Roles & Responsibilities
The role involves overseeing Commercial, Marketing, Communication, Operations, and team management while leading local investments to ensure network performance and brand visibility. It also includes attracting and developing a local clientele, driving digital transformation, and fostering client centricity within the organization.
As part of the MEIAT Executive Committee, the Managing Director collaborates closely with the Regional Offices, Cartier Headquarters and Richemont shared services to accelerate market strategies, execute 360 engagement plans, and build a high-performing team.
You will be directly and fully responsible for the P&L, Inventory, CAPEX, DSO and other financial targets.

As an experienced market leader with a proven track of 360 brand management and business development, you have strong business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to drive financial performance and profitability. Your deep knowledge of the luxury market dynamics, consumer behavior and trends in Luxury Retail or Client related business, allow you to refine the vision for the Saudi market and inspire the team around a shared mission to achieve the same. You put the team at the core of your market action plan and l ead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals across multiple functions (Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Communication and Clients). Thanks to your exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, you enable a culture of belonging and ensure the right positioning of Cartier KSA with internal and external stakeholders. It is preferential to have experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East previously, with a strong understanding of the regional culture.
